
Air Max Attack (2010)
As part of holistic campaign that celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Nike Air Max franchise, created a series of unifying identities inspired by 8-bit gaming as well as the Nike Air ‘particles’ represented as multicolor pixels. The identities were featured at retail, on packaging and across capsule merchandise.

Denim Rebrand (2020-21)
Through research and analysis of the Old Navy product archives, concepted and designed
a denim branding system that embraces Old Navy’s creative & commercial legacy, allowing its history to inform an authentic future and thus a branding package that evokes a deeper level of authenticity in their core customer.

Evolution (2020)
With its 50th Anniversary activations underway, Quiksilver set its sights on the next 50 years of radness by launching a brand-wide reimagination of its iconic “Mountain & Wave” logo, with the intention to reset all consumer touchpoints. For this project, I led a team of in-house and external creatives to concept and create a logomark update, new wordmark and campaign refresh that honored Quiksilver’s legacy and commitment to radical innovation through the decades.

50th Anniversary (2021)
Concept and creation of a comprehensive branding system for the 50th Anniversary of legendary brand Quiksilver, which was applied globally across social, ecomm, and product applications. The final design solution celebrated decades of archival material, brand innovations, personalities as well as Quiksilver’s creative legacy, artistic roots and innovative spirit.

In anticipation of a global relaunch, I partnered with brand leaders and art directed and produced a comprehensive and historic brand retrospective for legacy brand, Jimmy’Z, which houses the colorful 40-year illustrated history and influence of Los Angeles’ original lifestyle brand.

X/DMG Brand Styleguide (2021)
Globe International is a legendary Australian brand that has influenced the world of skateboarding, surfing and has continued to innovate and evolve within the marketplace for nearly 40 years. I partnered with brand stakeholders to create a comprehensive brand strategy and identity system for the launch of Globe’s newest subsidiary, x/dmg, a sustainable workwear clothing brand with global distribution. The resulting identity system offered a vision of the future of workwear and defined their modern utilitarian aesthetic.

AP / Arts (2021)
In an effort to promote Afterpay’s core values of Empowering Creativity, Keep It Real, Be Brave, Do the Right Thing, and Shape the Future, I partnered with Marketing leaders to build a robust, long-standing artist residency program. I curated an inclusive and eclectic roster of Bay Area artists whose work help elevate the environmental design of Afterpay’s HQ, are scheduled to be reproduced across a variety of consumer goods, and help define the visual language of the Afterpay brand through heightened customer engagement and representation of local artists.

The Life of a T-shirt in California’s Circular Economy (2020)
Partnered with Gap Sustainability business leaders and the State of California’s Task Force on
Business and Jobs Recovery and Leveraging Innovation and Climate Subcommittee to
build out a circular economy pitch to Governor Newsom. The final production imagined the life of a single garment on its journey through one complete circular revolution, and offered a glimpse of the opportunities that a circular economy can offer to the future of California.
